Scramble: Leading Through Complexity, Conflict, and Change

Are you a current or aspiring church leader? If so, you won't want to miss this transformative workshop. Leadership in the church is not just a title; it's about stepping into the role God has designed for you. Join us for an engaging three-hour session that dives deep into the critical aspects of effective leadership, such as self-awareness, building trust, navigating conflicts, inspiring others, and leading through change.

With biblical insights, practical tools, and lively discussions, you’ll gain the confidence and skills needed to enhance your leadership impact. This is your opportunity to learn how to help your church fulfill its divine mission while building a more cohesive and supportive environment.
