Connection & Community

We believe scripture teaches us that we link to God and each other best spending intentional time together.

  • Studying God's word
  • Serving our community
  • Sharing our lives

We encourage everyone to join a connection group right away.

We also offer extra connection points called elective studies that we encourage you to join after a connection group.

If you are interested in learning more or joining a group, contact us using the form at the bottom of this page and we will help you get connected.

Current Study

Below, you can access each week's discussion guide. As you study and prepare to share during your connection group, we have also provided bible study resources below to help.

    • What is wrong with them?

    Read or summarize Mark 12:41-44

    • What stands out about this story happening right after Jesus talks about the teachers of the law?
    • What does it mean to give out poverty versus giving out wealth?

    Digging In

    • If our focus and understanding of the world are centered on loving God, which leads to loving others the way he loves us, what should the world look like?
    • How does knowing Jesus is the son of God impact our view of Him?
    • How can we be less like the teachers of the law and more like the widow?

Lord, lead us to surrender everything to you and love you with all our beings, allowing your love to transform our hearts and actions. Amen

Bible Study Resources

As we study the Bible, we must converse with other believers to ensure it is the spirit guiding our understanding. Like your conversations with your connection group, engaging other believers' and scholars' knowledge of scripture is helpful. Consider reading commentaries and guides as sitting down for coffee with someone you can't meet in person. You may agree or disagree on some things, but it challenges you to open your heart/mind to where you might have a blind spot, helps you better communicate your understanding, and helps you grow in your walk with Christ. Below, you will find resources we trust as you study God's word in preparation for your connection group.
